CMT and IMT Roster Availability Survey

The purpose of this survey is to assess our IMT/CMT staff availability for [the current incident]. This will be one of several surveys sent over the course of the emergency phase of the response while we have staff deployed. When considering your availability, consider that your daily work is able to be delayed or put on hold and you are available to be deployed for the incident.

Our goal for the survey is to assess:

  • Availability November 20-26, 2023
  • Readiness for deployment – Please answer honestly so that it can help us address any gaps in our level of readiness and ensure everyone is set up for success.
  • Identify lodging needs – If you will need lodging while deployed for the incident, please indicate it on the survey. Speak with your supervisor about in person vs remote work for your CMT/IMT role and respond accordingly. For many IMT positions, it may be up to you.
